Hi! I’m Alyssa. A Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Nurse and Yoga Teacher.
I know firsthand how the weight of pain can disconnect you from yourself, from those you love, and from the purpose you were born to live out.
My 13-year journey with an illness that touched every layer of my emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being ignited a quiet but fierce determination to heal — not just my symptoms, but my inner world.
Healing was not linear.
It has been tender, disorienting, humbling, and profoundly awakening. And it taught me something I now help others see:
Pain is not the end of your story.
It’s the invitation into your most aligned self.
My work is an invitation to transform what pains you into what serves your highest good, and to return to the truth that has always lived inside you.
My approach blends yoga therapy, nervous system awareness, and embodiment with a deeply human, relational lens. It’s about connecting your inner experience to your life — your patterns, your relationships, your choices, your purpose — so you can understand yourself in ways you’ve never been able to before.
And because I’ve walked this path myself, I don’t guide from theory.
I guide from lived experience.
From a place of knowing the terrain.
From a place that honors your pain AND your potential.

My work sits at the intersection of body, mind, and lived experience — a space where healing becomes something you feel rather than something you perform.
I don’t follow a prescriptive model, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Instead, I work relationally — meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you through a process that honors your story, your nervous system, and your inner wisdom.
Rooted in Yoga’s 5-layer alchemy framework, our work blends:
body-based awareness
nervous system understanding
emotional presence
intuitive guidance
meaningful integration
This approach allows you to explore your experience through sensation, breath, emotion, and narrative — connecting the dots between what you’ve lived through and who you’re becoming.
I trust the body as the map, the nervous system as the compass, and your lived experience as the raw material for transformation.
My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you uncover what’s already true, and to walk beside you as you learn to navigate your inner world with clarity, safety, and purpose.
This is not therapy.
It’s not coaching.
It’s not traditional yoga.
